Alex Itkis is a Los Angeles entrepreneur and co-founder of PandA Enterprise Group LLC. A first-generation American born to Ukrainian immigrant parents, he grew up in Oregon and studied political science at the University of Oregon. When COVID-19 interrupted his senior year in 2020, he moved to Los Angeles and started a mobile notary business, then built a course teaching the trade and reinvested the income to expand. He went on to open the first of ten same-day marriage chapels in California and New York, and the notary business he started with lives on as PandA Notary. He also invests in real estate and other companies.
